摘要
为有效控制突发疫情,确保预防接种的安全性,从疫苗研发、审批、生产、流通以及疫苗上市后不良反应的全产业链过程分析入手,把这些过程视为一个相互联系的不确定复杂网络系统,通过建立评价指标体系,构建贝叶斯网络模型和仿真分析对疫苗质量安全进行量化评估。结果表明,贝叶斯网络可以用于疫苗质量安全度量上,并且在疫苗全产业链过程中,实验室的人员素质、审评专家意见客观性、质量检测过程和疫苗的储存环境是保障疫苗质量安全的关键点。
In order to effectively control the outbreak and ensure the effectiveness and safety of vaccination,from the full-industrial chain process analysis of vaccine development,approval,production,circulation,and vaccine,it will be regarded as an interrelated uncertain complex network.The system is built by establishing an evaluation index system,constructing a quantitative assessment of vaccine quality safety in Bayesian network models and simulation analysis.The results show that the Bayesian network can be used for vaccine quality safety measters,and in the process of the vaccine,the quality of the laboratory,the review expertise,the quality testing process and the storage environment of the vaccine is to ensure the quality of the vaccine.
