甜菜重茬种植对土壤理化性质及微生物数量的影响

摘要 为了研究重茬种植对甜菜土壤理化性质和微生物数量变化的影响,设置了甜菜连作两年重茬区和轮作区(前茬作物为玉米)两组处理,两组处理水肥管理和地块地势均保持一致,研究甜菜重茬种植对土壤酶活性、植株必须元素及微生物数量的影响。结果表明,与轮作种植相比,甜菜重茬种植时的氮、磷和钾含量出现不同程度的降低,土壤蔗糖酶活性升高,脲酶活性下降,真菌和放线菌等有害菌数目增多,有益细菌数量减少。因此,重茬种植会影响甜菜植株必须营养元素、土壤酶活和微生物数量,使甜菜的生长受到抑制。本文结果为制定甜菜重茬种植的栽培调控措施提供理论依据。 To investigate the effects of continuous cropping on the changes in the physical and chemical properties of sugar beet soil and the number of soil microorganisms,two treatments were set up in the continuous cropping area and rotation area(the previous crop was corn).The effects of continuous planting of sugar beet on soil enzyme activity,plant essential elements and the number of microorganisms were measured.Compared to the rotation planting,the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents of continuous sugar beet planting decreased to varying degrees,the soil invertase activity increased significantly and the urease activity decreased significantly.The number of harmful bacteria such as fungi and actinomycetes increased,but the number of beneficial bacteria decreased.Therefore,continuous cropping of sugar beet plant could affect the essential nutrient elements,soil enzyme activity and the number of microorganisms,and inhibit the growth of sugar beet.This study provides certain reference for field planting.
