摘要
产教融合是产业和教育教学的深度融合,主要目的是推动产业转型升级和持续改革高职院校教学形态,提升人才培养质量.资源整合视角下高职院校应与行业产业进行深入合作,以此推动产业转型和可持续发展,达到不同资源的优化和结构重组,实现有机融合高效创新.目前,高职院校产教融合已经在主要领域取得相应成效,但是部分高职院校的产教融合流于表面,绩效评价缺乏实际依据和持续性,缺乏政策引导和市场驱动.对此,高职院校可以采用创业孵化器、学徒制、厂中校等育人方式积极引进行业企业技术专家和前沿能手,构建创新中心,建立智能数据库,深化产教融合.
The industry-education integration is a deep integration between industry and education. Its main purpose is to promote industry transformation and upgrading, continue to reform teaching patterns, and improve talent cultivation quality in higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges should cooperate with industries deeply from the perspective of resource integration in order to promote industry transformation and sustainable development, make diversified resource optimized and structure reconstructed, and realize the organic integration and effective innovation. At present, the industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges has acquired corresponding achievements in the main field. However, there still exist many problems including the superficial integration, lack of practical basis and continuity in performance evaluation, and insufficient policy guidance and market motivation. Therefore, higher vocational colleges can actively introduce technical experts in enterprises by setting up business incubator, apprenticeship system, and factories in schools, construct innovation centers, and establish intelligent databases in order to deepen the integration of industry and education.
