网络交易的普及带来了平台经济的繁荣,在算法社会来临的背景下,网络交易"消费者一电商平台一商家"独特的交易结构和海量多维的大数据,赋予了互联网平台企业垄断地位和信息优势,也为形成"算法利维坦"提供了可能。"大数据杀熟"、竞价排名机制、"外卖骑手困在系统里"等现象,呈现了算法社会中网络交易的失序与困境。要打开"算法黑箱"、避免算法"作恶",通过优化网络交易结构与评价算法、保护消费者隐私、交易互评机制和第三方评价等手段,构建良好的网络交易秩序。
The popularity of online transactions has brought about the prosperity of the platform economy.Against the background of the advent of algorithmic societies,the unique online transaction structure of"consumer-e-commerce platform-merchant"and the massive and multi-dimensional big data have given Internet platform enterprises monopoly status and information advantages.They have also provided the possibility of forming an''algorithmic leviathan".Phenomena such as"big data-enabled price discrimination against existing customers",bid ranking mechanisms,and"takeaway delivery riders trapped in the system"present the disorder and dilemma of online transactions in an algorithmic society.To open the''algorithmic black box"and avoid algorithms from"doing evil",we need to construct a good order of online transactions by optimizing the structure of online transactions and evaluation algorithms,protecting consumer privacy,and adopting mutual evaluation mechanisms and third-party evaluation.
