摘要
阿-斯综合征(Adams-Stokes syndrome,A-S)发生心脏骤停、死亡风险极高,临床易误诊,本文报道1例阿-斯综合征误诊为继发性癫痫患者诊治经过,分析误诊原因,阐述阿-斯综合征与癫痫鉴别要点,为临床及时鉴别阿-斯综合征提供参考。
Adams-Stokes syndrome(A-S)has a high risk of cardiac arrest and death,and is easy to be misdiagnosed clinically.This article reports on the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with Adams-Stokes syndrome misdiagnosed as secondary epilepsy.Reasons for misdiagnosis,explain the key points of differentiation between Adams-Stokes syndrome and epilepsy,and provide reference for clinical diagnosis of A-S syndrome in time.
