摘要
胺碘酮具有显著的抗心律失常作用,临床应用十分广泛,然而该药不良反应发生率高且严重,临床潜伏期和相关实验室指标的异常程度差异大。另外,服用胺碘酮的患者发生不良反应的严重程度、时间、症状各不相同。本文从胺碘酮不良反应发生机制、危险因素及针对其不良反应的相应预防措施进行综述,以期为临床安全用药提供参考。
Amiodarone has significant anti-arrhythmia effect and is widely used in clinical practice.However,the incidence of adverse reactions of amiodarone is high and serious,and the abnormality degree of clinical latency and related laboratory indicators varies greatly.In addition,the severity,time and symptoms of adverse reactions in patients taking amiodarone are different.This paper reviews the mechanism,risk factors and corresponding preventive measures for adverse reactions of amiodarone,in order to provide reference for clinical drug safety.
