摘要
本文介绍了一种在航空发动机轴承座与管路连接处应用的带锥形垫片管接头密封结构,对该结构的密封机理和工程应用优势进行了分析,基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了带锥形垫片管接头密封结构的数值模型,计算公称外径为10mm的模型在拧紧力矩(27~36)N·m作用下密封带宽度,与标准规定的密封要求进行对比,为工程应用中拧紧力矩的确定提供理论依据。
This paper introduces a sealing structure of pipe joint with tapered gasket applied at the connection between aero-engine bearing seat and pipeline.The sealing mechanism and engineering application advantages of the structure are analyzed.Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the numerical model of the sealing structure of the pipe joint with tapered gasket was established,and the width of the sealing band under the action of the tightening torque(27-36)N·m of the model with a nominal outer diameter of 10mm was calculated,and compared with the sealing requirements specified in the standard for engineering application.It provides a theoretical basis for the determination of the tightening torque.
