钢铁工业炼铁工序绿色低碳技术浅析

摘要 据统计,2019年全球人类活动产生的CO_(2)排放总量达431亿t,其中来自于化石燃料燃烧以及各类工业生产活动为368亿t,占比为85.38%。此排放量继续突破历史记录,超过2018年的365.7亿t。众所周知,钢铁工业是煤炭和天然气等化石能源消耗与CO_(2)排放大户,2019年全世界粗钢产量达到18.69亿t,导致CO_(2)排放量高达36.83亿t(CO_(2)排放量为1.97t/t钢),占温室气体排放总量的10.01%。其中,中国粗钢产量占全球份额的53.3%,钢铁生产模式以高炉―转炉长流程为主,CO_(2)排放量占全球钢铁行业碳排放量的60%。 According to statistics,in 2019,the total amount of CO_(2) emissions from human activities in the world reached 43.1 billion tons,of which 36.8 billion tons came from fossil fuel combustion and various industrial production activities,accounting for 85.38%.Surpassing 2018's 36.57 billion tons.As we all know,the iron and steel industry is a major consumer of fossil energy such as coal and natural gas and CO_(2) emissions.In 2019,the world's crude steel production reached 1.869 billion tons,resulting in CO_(2) emissions as high as 3.683 billion tons(CO_(2) emissions were 1.97t/t steel),accounting for 10.01%of total greenhouse gas emissions.Among them,China's crude steel production accounts for 53.3%of the global share,the steel production mode is dominated by the blast furnace-converter long process,and CO_(2) emissions account for 60%of the global steel industry carbon emissions.
