用主成分分析法和聚类分析法确定AA肉鸡生产指标 被引量:3

摘要 为了利用AA肉鸡的原始生产记录对其生产水平做出快速评价,试验以河南省滑县某肉鸡场4栋鸡舍1~5周龄93636只AA肉鸡为材料,按鸡舍和周龄调查了入栏数(x_(1))、死淘数(x_(2))、成活率(x_(3))、周耗料量(x_(4))、累计周耗料量(x_(5))、日耗料量(x_(6))、累计日耗料量(x_(7))、只耗料量(x_(8))、累计只耗料量(x_(9))、只日耗料量(x_(10))、累计只日耗料量(x_(11))、体重(x_(12))、周增重(x_(13))、日增重(x_(14))、周效率(x_(15))和累计效率(x_(16))等16项原始生产记录,在描述统计的基础上进行了主成分分析和聚类分析。结果显示:选取的4个主成分方差贡献率分别为82.579%、8.584%、4.318%、3.726%,累计贡献率为99.207%;第一主成分主要综合了x_(4)~x_(12)方面的信息,第二主成分主要综合了x_(1)、x_(2)、x_(3)的信息,第三主成分主要综合了x_(1)、x_(2)、x_(3)、x_(16)的信息,第四主成分主要综合了x_(15)、x_(13)、x_(14)的信息;16项生产指标聚为5类,各类的典型指标分别为x_(12)、x_(10)、x_(2)、x_(1)、x_(15),主成分分析和聚类分析结果基本一致;最终筛选出的主要生产指标为入栏数(x_(1))、死淘数(x_(2))、只日耗料量(x_(10))、体重(x_(12))和周效率(x_(15))。说明此5项指标可以充分反映AA肉鸡的生产力水平,可以用于AA肉鸡生产中生产力水平的快速评价。 In order to use the original production records of AA broilers to make a rapid evaluation of their production level,93636 AA broilers aged 1-5 weeks were used in four chicken houses of a broiler farm in Huaxian County,Henan Province.According to the chicken house and week age,we investigated the number of entries(x_(1)),the number of deaths and elimination(x_(2)),the survival rate(x_(3)),the weekly feed consumption(x_(4)),cumulative weekly feed consumption(x_(5)),the daily feed consumption(x_(6)),cumulative daily feed consumption(x_(7)),the feed consumption per broiler(x_(8)),cumulative feed consumption per broiler(x_(9)),the daily consumption of each broiler(x_(10)),cumulative daily feed consumption per broiler(x_(11)),body weight(x_(12)),weekly gain(x_(13)),daily gain(x_(14)),the weekly efficiency(x_(15))and the cumulative efficiency(x_(16)).On the basis of descriptive statistics,principal component analysis and cluster analysis are carried out.The results show that:the variance contribution rates of the four principal components were 82.579%,8.584%,4.318%and 3.726%respectively,and the cumulative contribution rate was 99.207%;The first principal component mainly synthesizes the information of x_(4)~x_(12),the second principal component mainly synthesizes the information of x_(1),x_(2) and x_(3),the third principal component mainly synthesizes the information of x_(1),x_(2),x_(3) and x_(16),and the fourth principal component mainly synthesizes the information of x_(15),x_(13) and x_(14);The 16 production indexes were grouped into 5 categories.The typical indexes were x_(12),x_(10),x_(2),x_(1) and x_(15).The results of principal component analysis and cluster analysis were basically consistent.The main production indexes screened out were:the number of entries(x_(1)),the number of deaths and elimination(x_(2)),the daily consumption of each broiler(x_(10)),body weight(x_(12))and the weekly efficiency(x_(15)).These five indexes can fully reflect the productivity level of AA broilers,and can be used for rapid evalua
