摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,数字化正成为社会经济发展的新形态。为满足财政治理现代化的需求,财政数字化转型势在必行。论文以行政事业单位财务数字化为切入点进行思考分析,提出目前行政事业单位已应用数字化技术打造财务数字化系统,但在新发展阶段仍面临诸多挑战和问题。针对当前存在的问题,论文提出加强财务系统优化、强化人才队伍建设、健全财务管理机制等对策建议,从而进一步推进数字财政建设。
With the rapid development of information technology,digitization is becoming a new form of social and economic development.In order to meet the needs of public finance governance modernization,the digital transformation of public finance is imperative.This paper takes the financial digitization of administrative institutions as the starting point for reflection and analysis,and puts forward that at present,administrative institutions have applied digital technology to build financial digitization system,but they still face many challenges and problems in the new development stage.In view of the existing problems at present,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening financial system optimization,strengthening talent team building,and improving financial management mechanism,so as to further promote the construction of digital public finance.
