摘要 大庆油田井下作业井数多,地层压力高,井下作业过程中将产生落地原油、含油污水以及废液等污染物,对附近的环境和生态系统有着直接影响。因此,对井下作业环保提出更严格的要求,为满足油田安全环保要求,实现无污染作业,开展清洁化作业技术探索与应用,按照“井筒-地面”一体化思路,加强新技术引进和自主攻关。开展井下泄油器研究、地面防渗布重复利用、作业油水回收至集油系统等环保作业技术试验,实现节能减排“少产生、不落地、减量化、不处理”的目标。 Daqing Oilfield has a large number of downhole operating wells and high formation pressure.Pollutants such as landing crude oil,oily sewage and waste liquid will be produced in the process of downhole operation,which has a direct impact on the nearby environment and ecosystem.Therefore,stricter requirements are put forward for downhole operation environmental protection.In order to meet the requirements of oilfield safety and environmental protection,realize pollution-free operation,carry out the exploration and application of clean operation technology,and strengthen the introduction of new technology and independent research according to the idea of"wellbore ground"integration.Carry out environmental protection operation technology tests such as research on downhole oil drain,reuse of ground anti-seepage cloth and recovery of operating oil and water to oil gathering system,so as to achieve the goal of"less production,no landing,reduction and no treatment"of energy conservation and emission reduction.
