摘要
文章通过对20所应用型本科高校商科人才培养方案进行对比分析,研究校企协同培育商科创新型人才的实践路径,包括人才培养方案融合学校及社会需求、高校教师与企业培训师协同培育学生、校企协作共同管理等具体途径。最后,提出培养新商科创新型人才的开放办学理念、提升水平、改善政策环境、优化管理模式等校企协同合作深化方向。
In the process of China's open economy to a higher level,with the application of artificial intelligence,block chain and other technologies,the demand for innovative talents of Chinese enterprises is more urgent.Based on the comparative analysis of business talent training programs of 20 application-oriented universities,this paper studies the practical path of school enterprise cooperation in cultivating innovative business talents.The study includes the specific ways of talent training program integration of school and social needs,cooperation of university teachers and enterprise trainers in cultivating students,school enterprise cooperation in common management and so on.Finally,it puts forward the deepening direction of school enterprise cooperation,such as the open school running concept,improving the level,improving the policy environment and optimizing the management mode.
