摘要
为满足生产需要,本研究以‘鲁99-1’为母本,‘沧豆4号’为父本进行杂交育种,采用常规的品种选育方法获得大豆新品种‘沧豆11’,于2019年由河北省审定推广。农业部谷物品质监督检验测试中心测定该品种蛋白质含量41.19%,脂肪含量20.92%;国家大豆改良中心南京农业大学测定该品种抗花叶病毒病3号和7号生理小种,高抗孢囊线虫。河北省夏播大豆正式试验结果显示2016年和2017年区域试验平均亩产213.3 kg,比对照品种‘冀豆12’增产2.7%;2018年生产试验平均亩产194.1 kg,较对照品种‘冀豆12’增产2.0%,‘沧豆11’品种适宜在河北省中南部夏播种植。
In order to meet the needs of production,a new soybean variety’Cangdou 11’was bred by conventional breeding method with’lu99-1’as female parent and’Cangdou 4’as male parent.It was approved and popularized in Hebei Province in 2019.The protein content of the variety was 41.19%and the fat content was 20.92%by the Grain Quality Supervision,Inspection and Testing Center of the Ministry of Agriculture.National Soybean Improvement Center,Nanjing Agricultural University,tested the resistance of this variety to Mosaic virus disease No.3 and No.7 physiological races,high resistance to cyst nematodes.The official test results of summer sowing soybean in Hebei Province showed that the average yield per mu in 2016 and 2017 was 213.3 kg,which was 2.7%higher than the control variety’Jidou12’.In 2018,the average yield per mu was 194.1 kg,an increase of 2.0%compared with the control variety’Jidou12’.It is suitable for planting in summer in central and Southern Hebei Province.
