摘要
目的 分析贵州省5县(区)一般人群血液中Hg、Pb、Cd、As及Cr内暴露水平及其人群分布特征,为制定健康干预措施提供依据。方法 2017年采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法抽取贵州省花溪区、水城县、汇川区、桐梓县及玉屏县3~79岁720名常住居民,采集其血液样品。应用电感耦合等离子体法(ICP-MS)检测血液中Hg、Pb、Cd、As及Cr重金属含量,分析血液中5种重金属内暴露水平在不同区域、性别、年龄及民族人群中的差异。结果 农村调查对象血Cd、Cr水平高于城市(Z=-4.098、-5.596,均P<0.01),而Hg水平低于城市(Z=-8.463,P<0.01);男性血Pb水平高于女性(Z=-2.458,P=0.014);随着年龄的增加,调查人群血液中Hg、Pb及Cd水平呈增高趋势(χ^(2)=24.134、41.850、214.725,P<0.01);调查对象中侗族群众血液重金属As、Pb水平高于汉族和其他(χ^(2)=257.906、13.962,P<0.01),而Cr水平低于汉族和其他(χ^(2)=257.589,P<0.01)。结论 贵州省5县(区)一般人群血Hg、Pb、Cd、As及Cr水平在城乡、性别、年龄及民族存在一定差异,可能与生活环境、产业布局、暴露行为模式及饮食习惯等因素有关。
Objective To understand the serum levels and population distribution characteristics of heavy metals as Hg,Pb,Cd,As and Cr among residents in five counties(districts) of Guizhou province,so as to provide basis for formulating health intervention measures.Methods in 2017,720 permanent residents aged 3-79 years in Huaxi district,shuicheng county,Huichuan district,tongzi county and yuping county of Guizhou province were selected by multi-stage stratified random sampling method,and their blood samples were collected.The serum levels of Hg,Pb,Cd,As and Cr were determined using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and the differences were compared.Results Compared to the residents from urban areas,those from rural areas had higher serum levels of Cd and Cr(Z=-4.098,-5.596,P<0.01),while had lower level of Hg(Z=-8.463,P<0.01).The serum Pb level in men was higher than that in women(Z=-2.458,P=0.014).The levels of Hg,Pb and Cd increased along with age(χ~2=24.134,41.850,214.725,P<0.01).The levels of As and Pb were significantly higher among residents with Dong nationality compared to those with Han or other nationality(χ~2=257.906,13.962,P<0.01),while the Cr level was significantly lower(χ~2=257.589,P<0.01).Conclusions The serum levels Hg,Pb,Cd,As and Cr vary among residents with different gender,age,residence,nationality,which may be related to factors such as living environment,industrial layout,exposure behavior pattern and eating habits.
