摘要
探讨经方在男性不育症治疗中的应用思路与方法。从经方的基本概论、男性不育症的病因病机、经方在男性不育症治疗中的应用、小结进行探析。重点以地黄类方、黄芪类方、黄连类方为纲目,列举了男性不育症的常用治法。经方治疗男性不育症是一个新的探索与实践,文章列举并探讨了补肾益气、活血化瘀、清利湿热三种治法,效果优良。然而男性不育症病机复杂,症状表现不一,故临床应用之际不必拘泥于此,当随证论治。
In this article,the application ideas and methods of classical prescriptions in the treatment of male infertility was explored.The basic introduction of classical prescriptions,the etiology and pathogenesis of male infertility,the application and summary of classical prescriptions in the treatment of male infertility were analyzed.Focusing on Dihuang Leifang(地黄类方),Hangqi Leifang(黄芪类方)and Huanglian Leifang(黄连类方)as the outline,the commonly used treatments for male infertility are listed.The treatment of male infertility with classical prescriptions is a new exploration and practice.This article lists and discusses three methods of invigorating the kidney and nourishing Qi(气),promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and clearing damp-heat,and the effects are excellent.However,the pathogenesis of male infertility is complex and the symptoms are different.Therefore,in clinical application,it is not necessary to stick to it,and the clinical treatment should be based on TCM syndrome differentiation.
