摘要
为了实现5G无线通信基站的节能,运营商通常在夜间时段将5G无线通信基站功放的基本功能关闭,做到基站深度休眠。但是由于用户分布和使用习惯不同,并不是所有5G通信基站均为夜间时段空闲而白天时段繁忙,这种做法势必会影响整体无线通信网络的用户使用感知。介绍了基于AI算法的无线基站智慧节能平台,通过实时采集基站用户数、流量及负荷情况,采用基于AI智能算法动态调整扇区的工作/休眠状态,代替了传统节能措施中固定时段休眠的做法,在不影响网络覆盖的基础上,达到最大化节能效果,将为运营商大面积推进绿色无线网络建设打下坚实基础。
At present,the main way for communication operators to save energy for 5G wireless communication base station is to remove the bending function of 5G wireless communication base station power amplifier during the night time of the whole network operation,so as to achieve deep sleep of the base station.This scheme has some disadvantages,that is,not all 5G communication base stations are idle at night and busy during the day due to the problems of user distribution and usage habits.Therefore,this practice of using a unified method to deal with events with different situations or properties will inevitably affect the user perception of the overall wireless communication network,and even cause the increase of users’complaints about 5G communication network.Intelligent energy-saving platform of wireless base station based on AI algorithm is intraduced.By collecting the number of base station users,traffic and load in real time,and dynamically adjusting the working/sleeping state of the sector by using AI intelligent algorithm,it replaces the fixed period of sleep in the traditional energy-saving measures,so as to maximize the energy-saving effect without affecting the network coverage.It will lay a solid foundation for operators to promote the construction of green wireless networks in a large area.
