摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展和城市化进程的加快,房地产经济已经成为市场经济的重要组成部分。为了进一步保证房地产经济的健康发展以及治理房地产乱象,相关部门建立了不动产登记制度。该制度能够对房地产的类型与房屋所有权的归属进行分类,从而为各种经济活动的开展提供依据。基于此,本文研究了不动产登记对房地产经济的影响。
With the rapid development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization,real estate economy has become an important part of market economy.In order to further ensure the healthy development of the real estate economy and control the real estate chaos,relevant departments have established the registration system of indefinite property.The system can classify the types of real estate and the ownership of housing,so as to provide the basis for the development of various economic activities.Based on this,this paper studies the impact of real estate registration on real estate economy.
