摘要 智能网联汽车通过移动蜂窝网络、V2X、互联网等技术将汽车、人、道路、云平台、APP等组成了复杂的车联网,而智能网联汽车作为生态核心、车联网作为互联网的延伸,必然会面临各种严峻的网络和数据安全威胁。本文尝试分析智能网联汽车网络安全的内涵和外延,明确汽车网络安全的细分赛道、归纳汽车安全的生态要素、总结安全监管的重点方向,为整车厂加强智能网联汽车网络安全水平、生态企业布局汽车网络安全产品服务、监管部门开展安全监督管理工作等提供理论参考和实践基础。 Intelligent Connected Vehicles(ICV)make up a complex Internet of Vehicles(IoV)through cellular network,V2X,Internet and other technologies,which connecting vehicles,people,roads,cloud platforms,APPs.ICV as the core of automotive ecology and IoV as an extension of the Internet,which inevitably facing a variety of serious cybersecurity and data security threats.In order to provide theoretical reference and practical basis for vehicle manufacturers to strengthen the level of cybersecurity of ICV,enterprises in the industrial ecology to layout automotive cybersecurity products and services,and supervisory authorities to carry out security supervision and management work,this paper tries to analyze the connotation and extension of the cybersecurity of ICV,clarify the segmentation track of automotive cybersecurity,summarize the elements of automotive security,and summarize the key directions of security supervision.
