摘要
目的探讨快速康复护理联合行为训练对肺癌患者术后呼吸功能和生活质量的影响。方法回顾性选取2018年8月至2020年8月间青岛市中心医院收治的200例肺癌患者,根据治疗方案不同分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组患者采用快速康复护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合行为训练,比较两组患者呼吸功能、生活质量评分、癌因性疲乏及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者第一秒用力呼气量(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC及6min步行测验等指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组患者上述指标均升高,且观察组较对照组更高,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者术后生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者癌因性疲乏程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度评分为(98.84±2.25)分,对照组为(92.65±3.27)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.27,P<0.05)。结论肺癌术后患者采用行为训练联合快速康复护理,能够有效改善患者肺功能,提高生活质量,降低癌因性疲乏程度,提高护理满意度,可进一步在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of fast track rehabilitation nursing and behavioral training on postoperative function of respiratory system,quality of life and cancer-related fatigue in lung cancer patients.Methods Two hundred lung cancer patients admitted to Qingdao Central Hospital were selected from August 2018 to August 2020.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the treatment protocol with 100 patients in each group.The former received fast track rehabilitation care and behavioral training.The latter received fast track rehabilitation care.Function of the respiratory system,quality of life,cancer fatigue and patient satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant differences in forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV_(1)/FVC and 6-minute walk test between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,these indictors increased in both groups with the observation group higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Moreover,quality of life scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group and cancer-related fatigue was lower in the observation group than in the control group after nursing(all P<0.05).Patient satisfaction with nursing was 98.84±2.25 in the observation group which was higher than 92.65±3.27 of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fast track rehabilitation nursing intervention combined with behavioral training can improve function of respiratory system and quality of life,reduce cancer fatigue,and improve nursing satisfaction in lung cancer patients.It can be further promoted in clinical practice.
