摘要
目的探讨改良八段锦“前三势”对神经根型颈椎病患者颈痛疗效的影响。方法随机选取该院2021年3—9月收治的神经根型颈椎病患者60例作为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为观察组(改良八段锦“前三势”+常规治疗)和对照组(常规治疗),各30例,比较两组患者颈痛症状缓解程度、颈椎功能恢复效果及生活质量改善情况,观察患者的康复效果及复发情况。结果观察组患者康复优良率为96.67%优于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05);田中靖久颈椎病症状量表评分(17.90±1.68)分优于对照组(13.91±1.47)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.790,P<0.05);健康调查简表(SF-36)评分(77.63±6.39)分高于对照组(69.41±5.81)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.213,P<0.05);观察组患者复发率为3.33%低于对照组(26.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05);治疗后的疼痛VAS评分(1.81±0.63)分低于对照组(2.75±0.89)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.722,P<0.05)。结论神经根型颈椎病患者的临床治疗过程中,改良八段锦“前三势”的应用,对于缓解患者的颈痛症状和改善其精准功能有积极影响,减少疾病对于日常生活的困扰,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified Baduanjin"the first three postures"on the curative effect of cervical spondylosis patients with radiculopathy.Methods Randomly selected 60 patients with cervical spondylosis of radiculopathy admitted in the hospital from March to September 2021 as the research objects,and used the random number table method to divide them into observation group(modified Baduanjin"top three potentials"+routine treatment)and control group(conventional treatment),30 cases in each group.The degree of relief of neck pain symptoms,the recovery effect of cervical spine function and the improvement of quality of life were compared between the two groups,and the recovery effect and recurrence of the patients were observed.Results The excellent and good rate of recovery in the observation group 96.67%was better the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P<0.05),Tanaka Yasuhisa cervical spondylosis symptom scale score was(17.90±1.68)points were better than(13.91±1.47)points of control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.790,P<0.05),and short form of health survey(SF-36)score(77.63±6.39)points,which was higher than(69.41±5.81)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.213,P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 26.67%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05),the pain VAS score after treatment was(1.81±0.63)points,which were lower than(2.75±0.89)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.722,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with radicular cervical spondylosis,the application of the"first three potential"of modified Baduanjin has a positive impact on relieving the symptoms of neck pain and improving its precision function,reducing the trouble of the disease on daily life and improving their quality of life.
