摘要
目的 分析对于口腔黏膜病患者在治疗时应用曲安奈德外用法的临床疗效。方法 选取2018年4月—2019年4月该院收治的口腔黏膜病患者88例进行分组研究,分组原则为数字随机法。使用冰硼散治疗的为对照组(n=44),使用曲安奈德外用治疗的为研究组(n=44)。比较两组治疗效果及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患者治疗有效率为97.73%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.455,P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率仅为2.27%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.455,P<0.05)。结论 对于口腔黏膜病患者在治疗时选择外用曲安奈德治疗效果好,安全性高,具有较高应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of external use of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of patients with oral mucosal disease.Methods A total of 88 patients with oral mucosal disease who were treated in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected for group study.The grouping principle was numerical randomization.The control group(n=44) was treated with Bingboran powder,and the study group(n=44) was treated with external acetonide.The treatment effects and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of patients in the study group was 97.73%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.455,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group of patients during treatment was only 2.27%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.455,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with oral mucosal disease,topical triamcinolone acetonide has good effect,high safety and high application value.
