摘要
目的分析急性心力衰竭患者应用参麦注射液联合米力农治疗的临床效果,探讨对患者炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2019年8月—2021年7月该院收治的72例急性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,根据随机抛硬币方式分,组别为参照组与研究组,每组36例。参照组患者治疗方式为米力农,研究组患者治疗方式为参麦注射液联合米力农,统计并对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果研究组临床治疗有效率、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、左室射血分数与左室舒张末径分别为94.44%、(137.44±15.58)ng/L、(3.42±1.76)pg/L、(12.41±2.37)mg/L、(53.62±2.54)%、(8.01±1.94)mm,其数据均明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.400,P=0.011;t=6.037、4.390、4.787、14.893、10.266,P<0.001)。结论急性心力衰竭患者应用参麦注射液联合米力农治疗,可提升临床治疗效果,改善患者心功能与炎症因子水平,值得大力推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Shenmai injection combined with milrinone in the treatment of patients with acute heart failure,and to explore the effect on the level of inflammatory factors.Methods 72 patients with acute heart failure treated in the hospital from August 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into reference group and study group according to the random coin tossing method,with 36 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated with milrinone,and the patients in the study group were treated with Shenmai injection combined with milrinone.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were statistically compared.Results The clinical treatment effective rate,tumor necrosis factor-α,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in the study group were respectively 94.44%,(137.44±15.58)ng/L,(3.42±1.76)pg/L,(12.41±2.37)mg/L,(53.62±2.54)%,(8.01±1.94)mm,which were significantly better than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.400,P=0.011;t=6.037,4.390,4.787,14.893,10.266,P<0.001).Conclusion Shenmai injection combined with milrinone in the treatment of patients with acute heart failure can improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the cardiac function and the level of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
