摘要
目的探讨对咳嗽变异性哮喘采用疏风宣肺汤治疗的临床效果及其对患者肺功能、炎症指标的影响。方法选择医院2020年1—12月收治咳嗽变异性哮喘80例,随机分为西医治疗对照组(n=40)与联用疏风宣肺汤治疗观察组(n=40),评价两组临床疗效,检测治疗前后第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量占预计值百分比(FVC%)与最大呼气流速(PEF)对比患者肺功能,并检测患者用药治疗前与治疗2周后的诱导痰白介素IL-5、IL-10、嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)水平评估炎症指标变化。结果观察组总有效率97.50%,较对照组77.50%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05);治疗后观察组FEV1、FVC%、PEF水平分别为(3.20±0.37)L、(86.94±3.12)%、(487.24±34.26)L/min,均大于对照组,IL-5、EOS水平分别为(106.52±22.91)pg/mL、(8.90±3.02)%,均小于对照组,IL-10水平为(19.85±5.06)pg/mL,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.786、3.848、4.561、2.403、3.770、3.480,P<0.05)。结论对咳嗽变异性哮喘者予疏风宣肺汤治疗疗效理想,可提高患者肺功能,减轻气道炎症反应,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shufeng Xuanfei Decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma and its effect on pulmonary function and inflammatory indexes.Methods A total of 80 patients with cough variant asthma were admitted to a selected hospital from January to December 2020.They were randomly divided into control group(n=40)treated with western medicine and observation group(n=40)treated with Shufeng Xuanfei Decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1),the percentage of forced vital capacity to predicted value(FVC%)and the maximum expiratory flow rate(PEF)before and after treatment were detected to compare the pulmonary function of the patients.The levels of interleukin IL-5,IL-10 and eosinophils(EOS)in the induced sputum before and after 2 weeks of treatment were detected to evaluate the changes of inflammatory indexes.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than that of the control group 77.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of FEV1,FVC%,and PEF in the observation group were(3.20±0.37)L,(86.94±3.12)%,and(487.24±34.2)L/min,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,the levels of IL-5 and EOS were(106.52±22.91)pg/mL,(8.90±3.02)%,all lower than the control group,IL-10 level was(19.85±5.06)pg/mL,higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.786,3.848,4.561,2.403,3.770,3.480,P<0.05).Conclusion Shufeng Xuanfei Decoction is effective in treating cough variant asthma,and it can improve lung function and reduce airway inflammatory response,which is worthy of promotion.
