组学技术在中医药防治重症肌无力中的应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 组学概念的提出以及组学技术的应用为中医药研究提供了新的方法和思路。生物标志物在现代医学治疗重症肌无力(myasthenia gravis,MG)的过程中起到辅助诊断、评价疗效及预后的作用。近年来,以基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学为主的组学技术运用广泛。研究表明,蛋白质组学能够通过中药方剂检测出MG的生物标志物及潜在治疗靶点;转录组学能够通过揭示潜在生物学机制为阴虚证MG的治疗提供思路;基因组学发现某些中药能够通过调控基因表达治疗肾虚质大鼠,从而挖掘同证型MG的治疗方法;代谢组学在发现中药作用物质基础方面独具优势。但目前组学技术在中医药防治MG中的应用研究较少,多停留在证候层面,缺乏临床研究。今后应进一步明确MG的发病机制,探索中医辨证治疗MG的机制阐释、证候诊断,进而挖掘中医药对MG生物标志物及潜在治疗靶点的作用,同时以中药干预临床试验并进行疗效评价,为中医辨证治疗MG提供更多依据。 The concept of omics and the application of omics technology provide new methods and ideas for traditional Chinese medicine research.Biomarkers play a role in auxiliary diagnosis,evaluation of curative effect and prognosis in the process of modern medical treatment of myasthenia gravis(MG).In recent years,omics technologies based on genomics,transcriptomics,proteomics,and metabolomics have been widely used.Studies have shown that proteomics can detect MG biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets through traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions;transcriptomics can provide ideas for the treatment of MG with Yin deficiency syndrome by revealing potential biological mechanisms;genomics has found that some traditional Chinese medicines can Treating kidney deficiency rats by regulating gene expression,so as to explore the treatment methods of MG with the same syndrome;metabolomics has unique advantages in discovering the material basis of traditional Chinese medicine.However,there are few researches on the application of omics technology in the prevention and treatment of MG in traditional Chinese medicine.These studies mostly stay at the level of syndrome,and lack of clinical research.In the future,the pathogenesis of MG should be further clarified,the mechanism interpretation and syndrome diagnosis of MG treated by TCM syndrome differentiation should be explored,and the effect of TCM on MG biomarkers and potential therapeutic targets should be further explored,to provide more bases for TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of MG.
