摘要
新型冠状病毒属于“疫疠之气”“秽浊之气”。“芳香辟秽”是一种重要的治法,通过归纳新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)的临床特点,将其证型总结为疫戾秽浊、郁遏肺卫证,疫戾秽浊、滞脾碍胃证,秽浊闭窍证,秽浊入血证,秽浊伤阴证等5种。芳香化浊辟秽类方药可应于新冠肺炎的不同阶段,通过“达上焦、辟秽气”“开中州、辟秽浊”“开闭结、复神明”,恢复人体生化,截断病情发展。
The novel coronavirus(COVID-19)belongs to"Qi of epidemic disease"and"Qi of filth"in TCM."Dispelling filth with aroma"is an important TCM treatment method.By summarizing the clinical characteristics of the new coronavirus pneumonia,the pathogenesis of the novel coronavirus pneumonia can be summarized as follows:epidemic foul turbidity suppressing Lung Qi,epidemic foul turbidity stagnation in Spleen and Stomach,and foul stagnation,turbidity closing the orifices,turbidity entering the blood as well as turbidity injuring Yin syndromes.This paper discusses how the syndrome differentiation and treatment of aromatherapy method,namely,recipe of dispelling filth with aroma,is applied in different stages of the onset of new coronary pneumonia.The treatment policies are"Dredging the upper Burner to avoid filth""strengthening Spleen function to avoid filth and turbidity"and"opening the obstruction and knot to restore the normal spirit of human"to balance human′s biochemical activities and to cut off the development of the disease.
