Study on the Quality Standard of Euphorbia helioscopia L.

摘要 本文为建立泽漆的质量标准,采用薄层色谱(TLC)法鉴别泽漆中槲皮素;采用烘干法测定泽漆中的水分;采用热浸法测定其浸出物;采用HPLC法测定泽漆中槲皮素的含量;色谱柱TriartC_(18)柱(4.6mm 250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(50:50)为流动相,检测波长371 nm;流速为1.0 m L·min^(-1),进样体积10 L,柱温40℃。结果显示,薄层鉴别斑点清晰,槲皮素在0.085226~0.85226 g呈现良好线性关系(R^(2)=0.9999),平均回收率为98.49%,RSD为0.80%(n=6)。该方法可行性高,方法准确可靠,操作简单,重复性好,可用于泽漆的质量控制。 To establish the quality standard of Euphorbia helioscopia L.Quercetin in Euphorbia helioscopia identified by the TLC method.The moisture content of Euphorbia helioscopia L.was determined by the drying method.The extract was determined by the hot leaching method;The content of quercetin in Euphorbia helioscopia L.was determined by HPLC.Chromatographic column using triart C_(18) column(4.6 mm 250 mm,5μm),methanol-0.2%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(50:50)as mobile phase,Detection wavelength 371 nm;The flow rate was 1.0 mL min^(-1).The injection volume was 10 L.The column temperature was 40℃.The results showed that spots of TLC identification were clear.The linear range of quercetin between 0.085226 g to 0.85226 g showed a good linear relationship(R^(2)=0.9999),the average recovery was 98.49%and the RSD was 0.80%(n=6).The method is reliable and easy to operate,which could be used for the quality control of products.
