摘要
为提高中国工业用水效率,促进工业可持续发展,开展工业用水效率的动态演变及影响因素研究,即运用两阶段动态DDF模型测算工业集聚视角下我国30个省(市、自治区)2014—2018年的工业用水效率,同时借助重心迁移模型分析工业用水效率的空间迁移势态。结果表明:我国工业用水效率呈现不均匀分布现象,东部地区最优,中部、西部地区内部差异较大,呈现两极分化态势;工业用水效率重心落点整体上呈现出由南向北迁移的趋势。积极推行清洁生产、实现废水减量化,优化工业产业的布局、加强工业集聚度有助于提升我国工业用水效率。
The dynamic evolution and influence factors of industrial water efficiency are studied to provide a reference for improving industrial water efficiency and sustainable development in China.The two-stage dynamic DDF model calculates the industrial water efficiency of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and cities)in China from 2014 to 2018 from the perspective of industrial agglomeration,and the center of gravity migration model analyzes the spatial migration trend of industrial water efficiency.The results show that the industrial water efficiency in China presents an uneven distribution,the eastern region is the best,and there is a great difference between the central and western regions,showing a trend of polarization.On the whole,the center of gravity of industrial water efficiency moves from south to north.Actively promoting cleaner production,reducing wastewater,optimizing the layout of industrial industries and strengthening industrial agglomeration will help to improve industrial water efficiency in China.
