摘要
石油化工企业火炬系统的主要作用是及时燃烧各装置开停工或事故状态下排放的可燃性气体或含有H_(2)S的酸性气,避免引起安全和环保事故。当事故工况下大量火炬气排放结束后,随着温度的降低,火炬排放管道内的压力也随之降低,形成负压状态。常用的防负压措施包括设置水封罐、设置补气措施。本文分析了火炬排放系统的负压形成原因,应用气体状态方程和小孔泄漏模型计算负压影响,给出了防负压水封量和补气量的计算方法。
The main function of the flare system in petrochemical enterprises is to avoid safety and environmental accidents by burn combustible gas or acid gas containing H_(2)S.When the discharging is over,the pressure in flare system will decreases with the decrease of temperature.Therefore,the flare system will form a negative pressure environment.The commonly used measures to prevent negative pressure include setting up a seal drum and setting up gas filling measures.The causes of flare system negative pressure environment were analyzed.The calculation method of anti-negative pressure water sealing quantity and gas filling quantity was given by using gas state equation and orifice leakage model.
