柴油搬土水泥浆性能室内研究

摘要 以柴油、搬土、水泥、表面活性剂等材料,构建了一套柴油搬土水泥浆体系,并对柴油搬土水泥浆的性能进行了评价。结果显示:表面活性剂的加入,可以显著改善水泥浆的流动性,提高柴油搬土水泥浆的和易性;控制表面活性剂的加量,也可以改善水泥浆的析油率,确保浆体稳定;当水与油浆比例为30:70时,混合浆体具有最好的强度性能和堵漏效果,可以快速实现1.5 mm以内裂缝的封堵,并且一旦侯凝后形成强度,也可以成功对2 mm裂缝进行封堵。 Diesel oil,bentonite,cement,surfactant and other materials were used to form a set of diesel oil bentonite cement slurry,and the performance of cement slurry was evaluated.The results showed that the addition of surfactant can significantly improve the fluidity and the workability of cement slurry.Controlling the dosage of surfactant can also improve the oil separation rate of cement slurry and ensure the stability of slurry.When the ratio of water to oil slurry was 30:70,the mixed slurry had the best strength performance and plugging effect,which can quickly plug the cracks within 1.5 mm,and once the strength was formed,it can also successfully plug the 2 mm cracks.
