摘要
水利堤防作为地方御洪、防灾的关键性基础设施,其修筑质量极其关键,关系着暴雨洪灾来临时堤防工程可否安稳抗洪御灾,事关一方平安,故须绝对重视。而土方填筑作为水利堤防工程的重要施工环节,其施工作业是否规范、填筑质量可否达标,关系着水利堤防的修筑质量。但因土方填筑工程量偏大、施工周期偏长、涉及工序环节众多,在填筑施工过程中极易因坝基清理不到位、填筑材料不合格、填筑施工不规范、压实作业不达标等原因致使填筑质量未能切实满足规范标准要求,从而影响到堤防的修筑质量。鉴于此,文章以某水利堤防施工为例,就堤防土方填筑施工要点予以全面探讨,以期为同业同仁在进行堤防施工管理与质量把控时有所裨益。
As a key infrastructure for local flood control and disaster prevention, the construction quality of levee is extremely critical,which is related to whether the levee project can be stable and resist flood and disaster in the event of rainstorm and flood. It is related to the safety of the party, so it must be paid absolute attention to. As an important construction link of water conservancy dike project,whether the construction operation is standardized and the filling quality can reach the standard are related to the construction quality of water conservancy dike. However, due to the large amount of earthwork filling works, long construction period and many process links involved, it is very easy to cause the filling quality to fail to meet the requirements of specifications and standards due to inadequate dam foundation cleaning, unqualified filling materials, non-standard filling construction and non-standard compaction operation, thus affecting the construction quality of embankment. In view of this, this paper takes the construction of a water dyke as an example to comprehensively discuss the main points of embankment earthwork filling construction, in order to be beneficial to the colleagues in the same industry in the management of embankment construction and quality control.
