汽轮发电机真空度低的故障检修思路

摘要 分析了汽轮发电机真空度低的故障,在检修和排除问题的基础上,找到汽轮发电机凝汽系统存在的问题,针对性地进行了故障排除和验证。分析认为,在机组正常运行过程中,相关技术人员必须要做好故障检修和排除工作,定期检查汽轮发电机各部件的运行情况,严格按照操作规范启动汽轮发电机,为机组的安全、稳定运行提供有力支撑。 The fault of low vacuum of the turbine generator is analyzed,and the problems of the turbine generator condensing system are found on the basis of overhauling and troubleshooting,which are targeted and verified.The analysis concluded that during the normal operation of the unit,the relevant technical personnel must do a good job of troubleshooting and troubleshooting,regularly check the operation of the components of the turbine generator,and start the turbine generator in strict accordance with the operation specification to provide strong support for the safe and stable operation of the unit.
