摘要
为了实现数据中心机组框架变形的自动监测,提出并开发了一种激光自动扫描平台,通过测量层、通信层和应用层组建平台硬件框架,基于自动化的数据采集系统和数据处理预警系统、变形监测简报自动生成系统完成了平台软件部分的设计。应用测试结果表明,所提出的数据中心机组框架变形激光自动扫描平台功能完善、测量精度较高,具有很强的实用性。
In order to realize the automatic monitoring of the deformation of the unit frame of the data center,a laser automatic scanning platform is proposed and developed.The platform hardware framework is formed through the measurement layer,the communication layer and the application layer.The automatic generation system of deformation monitoring briefing has completed the design of the software part of the platform.The application test results show that the proposed data center unit frame deformation laser automatic scanning platform has perfect functions,high measurement accuracy and strong practicability.
