摘要
基于福建省基本情况,通过IPAT模型与脱钩指数模型,探讨福建省高技术制造业增长与能源消耗的关联性。结果表明:福建省高技术制造业增长与能源消耗关联性整体发展状态较好,但是IPAT模型中显示,2013—2017年五年间,福建省高技术制造业在2014年能源消耗超过了预期的临界值。从脱钩指数来看,2015年福建省高技术制造业出现了衰退脱钩状态,表明高技术制造业增长和能源消耗同时出现衰减,但是能源消耗衰退速度显著快于经济衰退速度的状态。在未来发展中,高技术制造业应将重心放在加快能源技术创新、提高资源利用效率上。
Based on the basic situation of Fujian Province,the correlation between the growth of high-tech manufacturing industry and energy consumption in Fujian Province was explored by IPAT model and decoupling index model.The results show that the overall development state of the correlation between the growth of high-tech manufacturing industry and energy consumption in Fujian Province is good,but the IPAT model shows that the energy consumption of high-tech manufacturing industry in Fujian Province exceeded the expected critical value in 2014 during the five-year period from 2013 to 2017.From the decoupling index,the high-tech manufacturing industry in Fujian Province showed a recession decoupling state in 2015,indicating that the growth of high-tech manufacturing industry and energy consumption decayed at the same time,but the energy consumption recession was significantly faster than the state of economic recession.In the future development,high-tech manufacturing industry should focus on accelerating energy technology innovation and improving resource utilization efficiency.
