大金发藓极性组分与抗氧化能力相关性研究 被引量:1

Research on the Correlation Between Polar Components of Polytrichum Commune Hedw and Its Antioxidant Capacity

摘要 自由基的过量积累会影响正常细胞及组织的生理功能,从而导致老年痴呆症、帕金森病和肿瘤等多种疾病的发生,以清除自由基为靶标的药物研发一直热度不减.大金发藓中含有多种结构新颖的化合物,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤等药理活性.通过DPPH、ABTS、FRAP三种抗氧化检测方法评价了大金发藓四种极性组分的体外抗氧化活性,并分析了各组分不同活性物质的含量与其抗氧化能力的相关性.结果表明大金发藓极性组分抗氧化能力大小依次为乙酸乙酯组分>正丁醇组分>氯仿组分>石油醚组分;各物质含量与抗氧化能力的相关性依次为总黄酮>总三萜>总酚,大金发藓乙酸乙酯组分中的总黄酮表现出较强的抗氧化能力,可作为靶向清除自由基类产品的重点研发对象. The excessive accumulation of free radicals will affect the physiological functions of normal cells and tissues,resulting in the occurrence of Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,tumor and other diseases.The research and development of drugs targeting the elimination of free radicals has always been hot.There are many novel compounds in Polytrichum commune hedw,which have antioxidant,antitumor and other pharmacological activities.In this study,the in vitro antioxidant activities of four polar components of Polytrichum commune hedw were evaluated by using three antioxidant detection methods such as DPPH,ABTS and FRAP,and the correlation between the content of different active substances in components and their antioxidant capacity was analyzed.The results showed that the antioxidant capacity of polar components of Polytrichum commune hedw was in the order of ethyl acetate,n-butanol,chloroform and petroleum ether.The correlation between the content of each substance and antioxidant capacity was in the order of total flavonoids,total triterpenes and total phenols.The total flavonoids in the ethyl acetate component of Polytrichum commune hedw show strong antioxidant capacity,which can be used as the key research and development object of targeted free radical scavenging products.
