摘要
新时代高校思政课教师的师德师风建设至关重要。调研表明,思政课教师师德师风建设已取得了一些初步成效,但仍然存在师德师风建设管理体制不健全、考评机制有待完善、相关激励措施落实不到位和教师个人的师德师风自律性有待提升等问题。社会环境、高校管理和思政课教师自身三方面都有产生问题的因素。着力提升思政课教师的思想政治素质,完善并强化师德师风制度建设,营造良好的师德氛围,引导思政课教师自觉加强师德修养等,努力把思政课教师锤炼成为师德师风优良的人民教师,是新时代高校思政课教师师德师风建设优化的主要路径。
In the new era,the ethics construction for teachers of ideological and political courses in universities is very important.The investigation shows we have achieved some preliminary effects in the ethics construction for teachers of ideological and political courses.However,there still exist some problems in the ethics construction for teachers,for example,the management system is not complete,the evaluation system is to be improved,relevant incentive measures are not implemented thoroughly,and the self-discipline of teachers is to be improved.There may arise problems in the three aspects:social environment,university management and the teachers themselves of ideological and political course.We should make efforts to improve the quality of teachers of ideological and political course,strengthen the system construction for the teacher ethics,create the good atmosphere of teacher ethics,and guide the teachers of ideological and political course to improve their moral cultivation consciously.We should strive to make the teachers of ideological and political course become the people’s teachers with professional morality,and this is the main optimization path for the ethics construction for teachers of ideological and political course in the new era.
