摘要
“绿水青山就是金山银山”是习近平生态文明思想的通俗而形象的表达。绿水青山与经济发展并不矛盾,而是辩证的统一。绿水青山可以带来金山银山,可以利用绿水青山发展绿色经济、循环经济、生态经济和旅游经济,但金山银山却买不来绿水青山。只有保护绿水青山,才能建设美丽中国。为此就必须树立“绿水青山就是金山银山”的强烈意识,并在实际工作中划出保护红线,实行依法治理,建立专门的保护保障队伍,打一场治理环境污染和治理环境破坏的攻坚战,以确保中华大地天蓝、山绿、水清,环境更优美,人们的美好生活更甜蜜。
“Green mountains together with clear water are golden and silver mountains”is the popular and vivid expression of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought.Green mountains together with clear water are not contradictory to economic development,however,they are the dialectical unity.Green mountains together with clear water can bring us golden and silver mountains,and making use of the green mountain and clear water,we can develop green economy,circular economy,ecological economy and tourism economy.Yet we can’t buy ourselves the green mountains and clear water with only a large sum of money.It is possible to build the beautiful China only by the protection of green mountains and clear water.Therefore,we should have the strong consciousness of“green mountains together with clear water are golden and silver mountains”,draw the red line for protection in practical work,carry out the governance according to the law,establish the professional team for the protection and guarantee,and have a battle against the environment pollution and damage,so as to ensure the blue sky,green mountain,clear water and beautiful environment in Chinese land,and together with the happy life of the people.
