摘要
在环保意识不断提升的当下,国家对于工业生产脱硝减排的要求不断提升,本文主要以丹霞冶炼厂转窑尾气脱硝系统为例,介绍了臭氧脱硝碱洗废水处理的工艺、具体的工艺优化情况与工艺成果,通过将臭氧氧化脱硝+碱法深度脱硫技术合理应用于转窑尾气脱硝系统,并对碱洗废水进行有效处理中的方式,切实减少转窑尾气中的氮氧化合物含量,从源头避免NO_(x)对自然环境的污染,希望能够给读者带来启发。
With the increasing awareness of environmental protection,the national requirements for denitration and emission reduction in industrial production are increasing.Taking the rotary kiln tail gas denitration system of Danxia smelter as an example,this paper introduces the process,specific process optimization and technological achievements of ozone denitration and alkali washing wastewater treatment,and reasonably applies the ozone oxidation denitration+alkali deep desulfurization technology to the rotary kiln tail gas denitration system,The alkali washing wastewater is effectively treated to effectively reduce the content of nitrogen oxides in the rotary kiln tail gas and avoid the pollution of NO;to the natural environment from the source.I hope it can bring inspiration to readers.
