高强度大型中空厢车底板型材结构的设计技术

摘要 铝合金型材结构轻量化铝合金厢车底板,满足了现代社会对大型铝合金厢车高强度、超大容量、高运输效率的需求。本文利用底板中空结构、厢车底板与车载横梁相结合的结构形式以及中空底板型材沿厢车横向方向通过先扣接再焊接的加工工艺方式,提高底板整体框架的结构强度、安全系数、平稳性、承载能力以及使用寿命,减少底板整体框架组件数量及装配加工工时。采用独创的先扣接再焊接的接头方式及加工工艺方式,减少焊道数量、焊接收缩变形量及焊接工时。 The lightweight aluminum alloy car bottom plate with aluminum alloy profile structure meets the needs of modern society for large aluminum alloy car with high strength,super capacity and high transportation efficiency.In this paper,the hollow structure of the bottom plate,the structural form of the combination of the bottom plate of the car and the vehicle beam,and the processing technology of buckle and then welding of the hollow bottom plate profile along the transverse direction of the car are used to improve the structural strength,safety factor,stability,bearing capacity and service life of the overall frame of the bottom plate,and reduce the number of components and assembly and processing hours of the overall frame of the bottom plate.The original joint mode and processing technology of first buckle and then welding are adopted to reduce the number of weld beads,welding shrinkage deformation and welding hours.
