摘要
目的探究介入疗法应用于神经内科脑血管病的临床疗效。方法100例神经内科脑血管病患者,随机分为研究组与参照组,各50例。参照组采用基础药物治疗,研究组采用介入疗法治疗。对比两组治疗后血流动力学变化情况、并发症发生情况及治疗效果。结果研究组全血粘度(5.93±1.16)mPa·s、血浆纤维蛋白原(3.34±0.48)g/L、血浆粘度(1.39±0.29)mPa·s、颈总动脉内径5~8 mm血流速度(42.79±5.01)cm/s均显著低于参照组的(7.60±1.34)mPa·s、(5.11±0.63)g/L、(2.53±0.58)mPa·s、(50.28±6.06)cm/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率10.00%(5/50)低于参照组的26.00%(13/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率98.00%(49/50)显著高于参照组的74.00%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论介入疗法有较高的安全性,应用于神经内科脑血管病的临床治疗具有较高的可行性,可改善患者血流动力学水平,同时还能将并发症发生情况降到最低,具备广泛应用推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of interventional therapy on cerebrovascular disease in neurology.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebrovascular disease in neurology were randomly divided into research group and reference group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with basic medication,and the research group was treated with interventional therapy.The hemodynamic changes after treatment,complications,and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results In the research group,the whole blood viscosity was(5.93±1.16)mPa·s,the plasma fibrinogen was(3.34±0.48)g/L,the plasma viscosity was(1.39±0.29)mPa·s,and the blood flow velocity of the common carotid artery inner diameter of 5-8 mm was(42.79±5.01)cm/s,which were significantly lower than(7.60±1.34)mPa·s,(5.11±0.63)g/L,(2.53±0.58)mPa·s,and(50.28±6.06)cm/s of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 10.00%(5/50)in the research group was lower than 26.00%(13/50)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 98.00%(49/50),which was significantly higher than 74.00%(37/50)in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional therapy has a high safety,and it is feasible to apply it to the clinical treatment of cerebrovascular disease in neurology,which can improve the hemodynamic level of patients,and reduce the complication rate to the lowest,and has wide application and popularization value.
