摘要
针对矩形分段旋转式筒子架依靠人工逐个翻转储纱单元的现状,研发设计集体翻转装置及其控制系统。装置机械结构采用内设棘轮的蜗轮构成传动机构,采用电磁铁构成定位机构,实现了集体翻转和单独翻转两种方式的共存;控制系统硬件采用脚踏开关从旁路直接导通电磁铁,节省控制器输入口;控制系统软件通过多重查找实现可靠工作和及时反馈故障。该设计使得筒子架可在30 s之内实现自动化翻转。认为:设计的翻转装置具有较高的效率和较强灵活性。
Aiming at the current situation that the rectangular segmented rotary warp creel relied on manual overturn of the yarn storage units one by one,collective overturn device and its control system were developed and designed.Worm gear with ratchet inside to form transmission mechanism was taken as the device mechanical structure,electromagnet was used to form positioning mechanism,which realized coexistence of two methods of collective overturn and individual overturn.The control system hardware used foot switch to directly conduct the electromagnet from the bypass,which saved controller input port.Reliable work and timely feedback of faults through multiple searches were achieved by control system software.The design enabled warp creel to be automatically turned over within 30 s.It is considered that the turning device has higher efficiency and stronger flexibility.
