报废汽车车轮拆卸机器人工具的设计与分析

摘要 针对目前报废汽车车轮拆卸效率低、操作不规范等问题,设计了一种车轮拆卸机器人工具,该装置能够实现对车轮的固定、摘取和码放,可有效提高报废汽车拆解效率,规范操作流程。首先对作业对象进行分析,确定所设计工具的整体结构尺寸,利用SolidWorks三维建模软件对其进行结构设计,然后采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对工具的关键部位进行力学分析,再结合实验数据对该工具进行优化,使其结构设计更合理、可靠性更高。最后制作实物模型对其关键性能进行检验,以满足其在实际生产中的要求,为报废汽车拆解行业提供了设备支撑。 Aiming at the current problems of low efficiency and irregular operation of wheel disassembly of end-of-life vehicles,a wheel disassembly robot tool is designed,which can realize fixing,picking and placing of wheels,and can effectively improve the efficiency of end-of-life vehicle disassembly and standardize the operation process.The object is first analyzed to determine the overall structural dimensions of the designed tool,then SolidWorks 3D modeling software is used to design its structure.ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to mechanically analyze the key parts of the tool,and then combined with experimental data to optimize the tool,so that its structural design is more reasonable and reliable.Finally,a physical model is made to test its key performance to meet its requirements in actual production,which provides equipment support for the end-of-life vehicle dismantling industry.
