摘要
目的:分析总结李振洁主任治疗黄褐斑的临床用药特点及经验。方法:收集李振洁主任2016年1月-2019年12月治疗黄褐斑的中药处方共233张,运用数据挖掘的方法分析其治疗黄褐斑的用药特点,发现其中的规律,总结经验。结果:在233张处方中,共使用98味中药,发现25味高频使用中药,以及18对常用药对。结论:李振洁主任治疗黄褐斑的经验为因地制宜,平补为主,寒温并用;紧扣病机,以甘为主,辛苦并进;从肝论治,补中有清,兼顾五脏。
Objective Analyzing the medical cases of Melasma of Doctor Li Zhenjie,to sum up her Prescription rules and experiences of treating Melasma.Methods Collecting Doctor Li Zhenjie’s 233 prescriptions of TCM of Melasma form Jan,2016,to Dec,2019,and fi nding out the Prescription rules and summing up the experiences.Results There were 98 kinds of TCM used in the 233 prescriptions,and 25 kinds of TCM are used in a high frequency.Also Mining out 18 results of the association rules of Chinese medicines.Conclusion Doctor Li Zhenjie’s experiences of treating Melasma:Trement in accordance with local conditions,using the method of mild tonifi cation,using the cold medicine and the hot medicine in a same frequency;occording to the pathogenesis,using the sweet fl avors medicines mainly,and the followed by the pungent and bitter fl avors;treating with the theory of liver treatment,ueing the invigoration method together with the clearing method;giving considerations of fi ve internal organs.
