摘要
生态文明建设是新时代中国特色社会主义建设“五位一体”总布局规划中的重要一环。洱海作为大理生态体系的核心枢纽,在加大力度开展生态文明建设的大背景环境下,洱海生态保护的重要性不言而喻。近年来,在新时代社会主义生态文明建设理论指导下,洱海保护取得优异成绩,洱海生态环境持续向好。分析其中的成功经验,有助于巩固来之不易的治理成果。
As the construction of ecological civilization is a key component in the overall layout plan of the“Five-in-one”construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,it is of self-evident importance to protect the Erhai Lake ecological environment since it isthe hub of Dali's ecological system in the context of reinforcing ecological civilization construction.In recent years,under the guidance of the theory of socialist ecological civilization construction in the new era,excellent achievements have been made in the protection of Erhai Lake,and the ecological environment of the Erhai Lake has continued to improve.This indicates that an analysis of the successful experiences in this regard will help consolidate the achievements in governance.
