摘要
目的:分析探究老年多发性脑梗死采取MRI与CT诊断的临床价值。方法:随机选取2020年6月—2021年6月佛山市中医院三水医院接诊的老年多发性脑梗死患者82例,对所选患者分别采取MRI与CT诊断,进行检查报告回顾性分析,对比两种方法的疾病检出率、病灶检查情况、不同梗死部位检出率。结果:MRI检查时梗死发病时间<6 h、6~24 h、25~72 h以及梗死时间>72 h的检出率显著高于CT检查(P<0.05);MRI检查多发性脑梗死病灶期间,平均病灶检出个数显著多于CT检查,病灶平均直径显著小于CT检查(P<0.05);MRI对不同梗死部位的检出率显著高于CT检查(P<0.05)。结论:于老年多发性脑梗死诊断期间应用MRI具有较高的诊断价值,可以为临床诊断提供参考价值,可以提高疾病检出率,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective To anlyze and explore the clinical value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of multiple cerebral infarction in the elderly.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with multiple cerebral infarction who were diagnosed in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were randomly selected as research subjects.The selected subjects were diagnosed with MRI and CT,and the examination reports were retrospectively analyzed and compared.The disease detection rate,lesion inspection status and detection rate of different infarct sites were compared between the two methods.Results The detection rate of infarction time <6 h,6~24 h,25~72 h and infarction time> 72 h during MRI examination was significantly higher than that of CT diagnosis(P <0.05);During the detection of multiple cerebral infarction lesions on MRI,the average number of lesions detected was significantly higher than that of CT examination,and the average lesion diameter was significantly smaller than that of CT examination(P <0.05);The detection rate of different infarct sites on MRI was significantly higher than that of CT diagnosis(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of MRI during the diagnosis of multiple cerebral infarctions in the elderly has high diagnostic value,can provide reference value for clinical diagnosis,can improve the disease detection rate,and it is worth learning and promoting.
