摘要
在地勘投入连续下滑、地勘人员持续减少的形势下,全国地勘单位积极调整产业结构,在继续开展地质找矿活动的同时,在生态文明建设、地质灾害防治等市场需求旺盛的领域谋求新的发展机遇,从而促进了与国家经济社会发展需求相适应的地质勘查行业发展新格局的形成。保障和维护新格局的稳定,需要自然资源主管部门和地勘单位共同努力:加强地质勘查投入,完善矿产资源管理政策;深化地勘单位改革,破除发展中的体制障碍;实现产业多元化发展,增强社会公益服务;鼓励地质科技创新,培育行业发展新动能。
With continuous decrease of investment in geological prospecting and reduction of geological prospecting personnel,the national geological prospecting units actively adjust the industrial structure and continue to carry out geological prospecting activities.At the same time,they are trying to seek new opportunities in the fi elds like ecological civilization construction,geological disaster prevention,which has strong market demand.In this way,a new development pattern for geological survey industry that is taking shape.In order to ensure and maintain the stability of the new pattern,joint eff orts of natural resources authorities and geological prospecting units are needed:increasing investment in geological prospecting and improving mineral resources management policies;deepening the reform and development of geological prospecting units and removing structural obstacles in development;realizing diversifi ed development of industries and enhancing public welfare services;encouraging innovation in geological science and technology and fostering new drivers of industry development.
