摘要
作为叶片产品制备所需的关键部件,腹板部件尺寸随着风电叶片大型化而增大。通过对大型腹板部件产品特性分析并研究行车拖拽式、真空吸附式、辊轮推动式三种使腹板从腹板模具上脱离的方法,提出针对大尺寸腹板部件产品的脱模方法。
As a key component required for the preparation of blade products,the size of web components increases with the large-scale of wind turbine blades.Based on the analysis of the product characteristics of large web parts and the study of three methods to separate the web from the web mold:driving drag type,vacuum adsorption type and roller push type,the demoulding method for large web parts is put forward.
