摘要
在国家完成对电力去行政化的改制以后,电力企业就进入了市场化运行阶段。电力现货市场也逐步的建立和完善,目前已经进入到了市场建设和发展的关键时期,迫切需要厘清市场出清价格的形成机制,准确定位其中的关键影响指标集合,其中节点电价对于这一问题的研究发挥着不可替代的作用,它是影响电力现货市场建设的核心要素。为了实现国家提出的节能改革政策目标,利用边际效应理论对节点价格进行分析研究,设计了计算最优能量流节点边际价格的方法。结合电路拥堵对其影响形成的特点,根据其价格空间分布特征并以其与发电公司价格作为指标,确定了市场分区方案,并通过数学模型进行了验证,结果显示该方案能够得到最优的现货市场分区结果,能够充分反应市场价格的变化趋势,有利于实现市场建设的平稳前进。
After the country completes the reform of power de-administration,power enterprises have entered the stage of market-oriented operation.The electricity spot market has also been gradually established and improved.At present,it has entered a critical period of market construction and development.It is urgent to clarify the formation mechanism of market clearing prices and accurately locate the set of key impact indicators.Research plays an irreplaceable role,and it is the core element that affects the construction of the electricity spot market.In order to realize the policy goal of energysaving reform proposed by the state,this paper uses the marginal effect theory to analyze and study the node price,and designs a method to calculate the optimal energy flow node marginal price.Then combined with the characteristics of circuit congestion and its influence,according to its price space distribution characteristics and its price with the power generation company as an indicator,the market partition scheme is determined.And through the mathematical model to verify,the results show that the scheme in this paper can obtain the optimal spot market partition results,can fully reflect the changing trend of market prices,and is conducive to the smooth progress of market construction.
