摘要
目的分析河南省1999—2018年医药卫生科技成果获奖情况及前后10a变化,了解近20a医药卫生科技发展动态和特点。方法通过查阅成果档案,统计描述获奖成果情况并进行前后10a对比分析。结果20a合计1800项成果,研究单位以委直属单位、高校及附属医院为主(63.23%);第一完成人中,男女人数比1.56∶1,35~55岁年龄段占83.95%,高级职称占88.06%;以临床医学学科为主,地区分布涉及省内17个地市。后10年在获奖总数、各等级获奖数、临床医学学科获奖数、各类型研究单位获奖数及各地市获奖数均多于前10a,完成人女性占比及博士学历占比增加,非临床学科项目获奖占比、合作项目占比低于前10a(P<0.001)。结论近20a随着河南医药卫生科技投入增加,系列政策支持,科技成果保持稳中有升发展态势。高级技术职称的中青年人才是医药卫生科学研究的中坚力量,但研究单位、地区及学科分布方面不均衡。
Objective To analyze the awards of medical and health science and technology achievements in Henan Province from 1999 to 2018 and the changes before and after 10 years,so as to understand the development trends and characteristics of medical and health science and technology in recent 20 years.Methods By consulting the achievement archives,the award-winning achievements were statistically described and compared before and after 10 years.Results A total of 1800 achievements were registered in 20 years,and the research institutions were mainly institutions affiliated to the committee,universities and their affiliated hospitals(63.23%).Among the project leaders,the ratio of male to female was 1.56:1,the age between 35-55 years old accounted for 83.95%,and the senior professional title accounted for 88.06%.The discipline distribution of the achievements was mainly clinical medicine,and the regional distribution involved 17 cities in the province.In the last 10 years,the total number of awards,the number of awards at all levels,the number of awards in clinical medicine,the number of awards in various types of research institutions and the number of awards in various cities were higher than those in the previous 10 years,the proportion of women and doctoral degrees increased,and the proportion of awards in non-clinical disciplines and cooperation projects was lower than that in the previous 10 years(P<0.001).Conclusion In recent 20 years,with the increase of medical and health science and technology investment and a series of policy support in Henan,scientific and technological achievements have maintained a steady and rising development trend.Young and middle-aged talents with senior technical titles are the backbone of medical and health scientific research,but the distribution of research institutions,regions and disciplines is uneven.
