摘要
On March 5th,2022 at the Great Hal l of the People in Beijing,Chinese Premier Li Keqiang delivered the Government Work Report at the meeting of the Fifth Session of the 13th National People’s Congress.Its important contents included ecological civilization construction and achieving peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality.It is clearly stated in the Government Work Report that well-ordered steps must be taken to achieve peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality,and the action plan for peak carbon emissions will be put into effect.
