3种种植方式对生态介质箱中苦草的生长生理和水体修复效果的影响 被引量:5

Effects of three planting methods on growth physiology and water restoration efficiency of Vallisneria natans in ecological medium box

摘要 潜水式生态介质箱是一种集成化综合治理技术装置。以苦草(Vallisneria natans)为受试植物,利用静态水培试验,探究种植方式对苦草生长生理形态特征和水体修复效果的影响。结果表明:河泥组(苦草植入河泥中)的株高、单株鲜质量、根系活力和叶绿素a+b含量均高于其他两种种植方式,而相对电导率和丙二醛低于其他两种种植方式;种植方式对高锰酸盐指数的去除率无明显差异,其中混合组(苦草植入混合河泥(河泥和基质)中)对水体中的TP、TN、氨氮的去除率均优于其他两种种植方式。这说明,仅用河泥种植虽有利于苦草的生长,但对水体修复效果并不明显;同时使用河泥和基质种植对苦草的生长虽有一定的损害,但却有利于水体修复效果的提升。因此,混合组更能充分发挥潜水式生态介质箱的修复性能。 The submersible ecological medium box is an integrated and comprehensive treatment technology device.Taking Vallisneria natans as the tested plant,the static hydroponic experiment was used to explore the effects of planting methods on growth physiology and water restoration efficiency.The results showed the plant height,fresh weight per plant,root activity and chlorophyll a+b content in the river mud group(Vallisneria natans was planted in river mud)were higher than those in the other two groups,while the relative conductivity and malondialdehyde content were lower than the other two groups.There were no significant differences in the removal rates of permanganate index by planting methods.The removal rates of TP,TN and ammonia nitrogen in the mixed group(Vallisneria natans was planted in the river mud and substrate)were better than those in the other two groups.It indicated that only using river mud for planting was beneficial to the growth of Vallisneria natans,but the performance on water restoration was not obvious.The simultaneous use of river mud and substrate planting was beneficial to the improvement of the water restoration effect,although it did some harm to the growth of Vallisneria natans.Therefore,the mixed group could give full play to the restoration performance of submerged ecological medium box.
